All UK orders qualify for free shipping and are dispatched within 48 hours. Single cards are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class standard letter. All other items are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. Items normally take 2-3 business days to arrive from when they were dispatched which means you can expect your order to arrive between 3-5 business days from placing your order. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimate, weekends and public holidays may impact the timing of deliveries.

*Regrettably we are unable to accept orders from countries in the EEA and Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations. This is not because our products don't meet safety requirements but due to the need for businesses outside of the EU to have an Authorised Representative inside the EU, the cost of which is prohibitive for artists and small creative businesses.

International orders can be placed through the Edith & Audrey Etsy store. We currently ship to Canada, Australia and New Zealand only. Please see the 'announcement' section of our Etsy shopfront for up to date details.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Sustainability is a high priority here at Edith & Audrey. We use a mix of recyclable and eco friendly packing materials and are always looking for ways to improve further. Please reuse if you can and recycle where possible.

We strive to get everything right first time but we are only human so if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. Items must be returned in an unused, clean state and in original packaging where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
