All UK orders qualify for free shipping and are dispatched within 48 hours. Single cards are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class standard letter. All other items are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. Items normally take 2-3 business days to arrive from when they were dispatched which means you can expect your order to arrive between 3-5 business days from placing your order. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimate, weekends and public holidays may impact the timing of deliveries.

*Regrettably I am unable to accept orders from countries in the EEA and Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations. This is not because my products don't meet safety requirements but due to the need for businesses outside of the EU to have an Authorised Representative inside the EU, the cost of which is prohibitive for creative small businesses like Edith & Audrey.

International orders can be placed through my Etsy store. I am able to ship most items to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and USA although from time to time you may find shipping to your country is unavailable which is usually due to strike action or other known issues that would impact shipping times.

Accepted payment methods include all major debit and credit cards, Google Pay and Paypal.

I use recycled, recyclable and eco friendly packing materials wherever possible. Please reuse if you can and recycle where possible.

I strive to get everything right first time but I am only human so if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me within 14 days to arrange a return. Items must be returned in an unused, clean state and in original packaging where applicable.
